The Java Developer is responsible for turning business objectives, tasks and projects related to the Development Lifecycle and  its associated interfaces into fully realized Java code. It  Provide coaching and mentorship to peers on an as needed basis. To contribute to a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with co-workers, customers and vendors.

What you need to know :

* Java/J2EE Software Developing experience. Must have a BSCS or higher from a reputed school.
* Familiar with Ajax , HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, and DHTML  is a must
* Experience in Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse/Netbeans, Oracle and(or) MySQL
* Experience in the development of networked applications, distributed systems & web deployments.
* MVC framework, Understanding of SOA, Hibernate, Struts are major PLUS.

What we expect from you :

* 1-2 Years Development Experience in a production environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work with remote development team &  to solve medium to complex technical problems with minimal supervision
* Agile development experience. Ability to work in a multi platform, multi OS environment.
* Maintain existing web applications by implementing new features and fixing critical bugs.

You will be working with a wide-range of new technologies and tools- this is a very interesting position that will greatly enhance your software development skills. Provide coaching and mentorship to peers on an as needed basis.

What you need to know :

*Experience with PHP (ideally with Smarty, CakePHP or a similar templating system), MySQL.
*Familiar with Ajax , HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, and DHTML  is a must.
*Fluency with the LAMP stack, XML and browser technologies
*Delivering good clean fast code that thinks a few moves ahead.

What we expect from you :

* 1-2 Years experience working in software engineering teams, Must have a BSCS or higher from a reputed school.
* String problem solving skills, A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things higher.
* Ability to work with remote development team & to solve medium to complex technical problems with minimal supervision
* Nice to have - a great eye for user centered design with strong hands-on development skills.

The Support/ Trainee Engineer will have the responsibility of researching, resolving all levels of complex problems. Must be able to take initiative and succeed under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent career development  opportunity to learn/upgrade your skill set.

*0-1 Year experience, Must have a Engineering/Masters from reputed school.
*Strong Problem Solving skills, Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex Issues.

*Willingness to work in nighshifts, occasional weekends and outside normal business hours.
*Interest in technology, Proactive go-getter attitude, Ability to pay close attention to detail
*Some SQL Skill, familiarity with webserver technologies, Ecommerce are PLUS.
