Software Quality Management (SQM)
Scoware maintains SQM with the following process of SQM:
1) Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
We follow the Standards, regulations, and procedures to produce, verify, evaluate and confirm work products during the software development lifecycle. We Incorporated knowledge base of best practices.
2) Software Quality Plan (SQP)
A project level quality plan written by each project for declaring project commitment to follow an applicable set of standards, regulations, procedures and tools during the development lifecycle. In addition, SQP should contain quality goals to be achieved, expected risks and risk management. SQA components that are adopted as is or customized to the project’s needs.
3) Software Quality Control (SQC)
Scoware also maintains a separate SQC to ensure that proper SQA and SQP is maintained in the developmental process. It will mentor the quality reviews over the artifacts. It will verify, Evaluate and confirm artifacts. It will improve the uses of software tools.
With the above SQM process the Scoware maintains the Quality during the developmental process of the application. Once the development is done it has go through the testing process.
4) Software Testing
Scoware believes that Software Testing is a more prominent and important process as compared to other quality management aspect as the testing provides the feedback about the robustness of the application developed.
